Went to Dr. Ian to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I, and I guess many others, assume tooth extraction as a horrific experience. But from my own first experience, it's not. Dr.Ian took his time to talk me through the procedure, explaining all the steps and anticipated feelings and what to do when I felt discomfort a bit too much to handle. The procedure itself was quick, painless and smooth. I'm due for a follow-up for another tooth in a few weeks, and I'm not worried. One thing I would point out is he didnt use a mouth-opener or whatever the name is that's supposed to hold the mouth open, I didn't ask about it and I dont know why it wasn't used or even if it was available, but I think it would have made the experience only slightly easier, but again I could be wrong maybe it's not suitable for the specific procedure. Would recommend him.
