Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ReviewHub mobile app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using ReviewHub, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not impersonate another person or evade a suspension.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant ReviewHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it is based on a genuine experience where presented as a review.

Safety and moderation

Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing, or spam content. ReviewHub may filter, investigate, restrict, reject, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts. Users can report content and block other users in the app. Moderation decisions may be made to protect people and the integrity of the service.

Service information

Reviews, prices, locations, and listing details are community contributions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. ReviewHub does not endorse reviewed businesses or guarantee that community content is current. Verify important information independently before relying on it.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account in the app. Your reviews, comments, uploaded photos, personal activity, and account identity are removed. A factual catalog shell, such as a product or business name, may remain after creator-supplied descriptions, locations, contact details, media, and attribution are removed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ReviewHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from community content or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice where required. Kenyan law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where you live.
